Processing & Shipping
At Yori Hair, each order is carefully prepared to ensure exceptional quality. Please allow [5-7 business days] for processing. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Order Accuracy
To ensure a flawless experience, double-check your order details before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for errors entered by the customer.
Final Sale & Refunds
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, all sales are final. Once your order ships, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If an item is received incorrectly or is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. We will review and offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered only if we shipped the wrong item. To qualify, items must be in original, unaltered condition and packaging. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, Yori Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Claims for these must be filed directly with the shipping provider, and we will assist with documentation as needed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted.
Custom Orders
All custom wig orders are non-refundable and require full payment upfront. Processing times for custom orders will be communicated before purchase.
Wear & Care Disclaimer
Our wigs and extensions are crafted with care and precision, but natural wear will occur over time. Yori Hair is not responsible for damage, shedding, tangling, or alterations caused by heat styling, chemical treatments, improper care, or normal wear. Claims beyond the initial 48-hour inspection period are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
By purchasing from Yori Hair, you agree to our store policies. Any disputes or chargebacks filed after delivery will be contested using proof of order fulfillment, shipping records, and acceptance of our terms at checkout. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns.
